Janika is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and her experience and training have taught her to see how relationship health is a mental health issue. While finally discussing mental health in the workplace, now we have to heal it by acknowledging that workplace relationships are also a mental health issue and often the root cause of workplace problems. Janika has designed a program to assess, train, and implement relational skills in order to improve workplace performance, increase productivity, and eradicate toxic work culture
